1	填寫考生姓名須與證件一致（確認繁/簡體字形，大小寫，空格等），否則主辦方有權拒絕考生參加考試。 Candidate's name should be the same as his/her ID card (confirm traditional/simplified character pattern, upper and lower case, space, etc.), otherwise the Macau Polytechnic University reserves the right to reject the candidate for the examination.
2	報名資訊用於證書製作，須謹慎輸入，確認後將無法更改。 Enrolment information is used for the production of certificates and should be entered carefully, and cannot be changed after confirmation.
3	報名不確保一定能參加該考試。 Online registration does not guarantee participation in the test.
4	已獲錄取的報名者將由澳門理工大學發出電話短訊通知。 Admitted candidates will receive SMS notifications from Macau Polytechnic University.
5	獲錄取者需按澳門理工大學公佈的測試日期前往測試地點，在測試當日請預留15分鐘報到時間，15分鐘備考時間，15分鐘測試時間，整個測試過程為45分鐘。 Admitted candidates must go to the examination venue on the exam date announced by the Macau University of Science and Technology. On the exam day, please allocate 15 minutes for registration, 15 minutes for preparation, and 15 minutes for the test. The entire examination process will take 45 minutes.
6	證書頒發將於測試完成後約兩個月。 Certificates will be awarded approximately two months after the exam has been completed.
